DR. CHARLES "RANDY" NICHOLS has been named dean for online studies for the entire Sullivan University System in Kentucky. Previously he was associate dean for online studies at Sullivan University. Nichols earned a bachelor's from Kentucky State University and a master's and doctorate from the Union Institute and University.
