DR. JAMES L. HILL, assistant vice president for academic affairs at Albany State University in Georgia, has been elected to serve a three-year term on the Board of Governors for the National Conferences on Undergraduate Research. Hill earned a bachelor's from Fort Valley State College, a master's from Atlanta University and a doctorate from the University of Iowa.
