Norfolk State University's (Va.) Center for Global Education, in cooperation with the Office of International Programs at Tidewater Community College, has been awarded a Fulbright Scholar-In-Residence grant for the 2004-2005 academic year. The grant will enable the university to host Andrew Mwenda Mbatiah, a senior scholar from the University of Nairobi.
