DR. ROSALIE RICHARDS has been named Kaolin Endowed Chair in Science at Georgia College and State University. Currently, Richards is a faculty member at Spelman College. Richards received her bachelor's from the University of the Virgin Islands and her doctorate from the University of Southern California.
