ELZA DINWIDDIE-BOYD has been appointed dean of the School of New Resources at The College of New Rochelle in New York. Prior to this appointment, she was a member of the founding team of Wayne State University's Community Extension Centers. Dinwiddie-Boyd earned a bachelor's and master's degrees in education from Wayne State University.
