Senate designates HBCU week - Washington Updates - National Historically Black Colleges and Universities Week - Brief Article

The U.S. Senate has approved a resolution to designate the week of September 14 as National Historically Black Colleges and Universities Week. The plan, S. Res. 30, was proposed by Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., and had 27 co-sponsors. The Senate approved the measure July 31.
