BRENDA WILSON-HALE has been named vice president for development at DePaul University. She joined the university in 1999 as director of corporate and foundation relations. Most recently she served as associate vice president for development at DePaul. Wilson-Hale earned a bachelor's degree and a law degree from Wayne State University in Detroit.
