NICHOLAS O. AKINKUOYE has been named dean of occupational technologies for the south campus of the Community College of Allegheny County in Pittsburgh. Most recently, he served as an assistant dean at Cuyahoga Community College. He received a bachelor's from Elizabeth City State, a master's from Texas Southern and a doctorate from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State Univ.
