DR. JAMES LLORENS has been named dean of the graduate school at Southern University in Baton Rouge. Llorens is an associate professor and former chairman in the department of public administration. Llorens earned a bachelor's from Loyola University, a master's from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a doctorate from Louisiana State University.
