DR. PAUL M. ASIM is the new dean of the social and behavioral sciences division at Orange Coast College in California. Previously he was associate dean of general education programs at DeVry University. Asim earned a bachelor's and a master's from Gordon College in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, a second master's from Azusa Pacific University and a doctorate from Claremont Graduate University.
