MAJ. GEN. CLIFFORD L. STANLEY has been named the new president of Scholarship America, a nonprofit scholarship and educational support organization. In his previous position, he was an executive vice president at the University of Pennsylvania. He earned a bachelor's from South Carolina State University and a master's from Johns Hopkins University.
