This week's poll question:
Q: How do you view the role of HBCUs in facilitating Latino student access to higher education in the southeastern United States?
* HBCUs should play a leading role in providing higher education opportunities for Latino students in the southeast with aggressive recruitment and pre-college programs.
* HBCUs should contribute to the effort, but should not be expected to take a leading role in providing higher education opportunities to Latinos.
* HBCUs should concentrate largely on providing opportunities for African Americans and should seek exemption from state mandates that require them to contribute to Latino access to higher education.
* Other role.
