DR. DAVID W. WILLIAMS has been named director of the University of Connecticut at Hartford campus. Before this appointment, he was assistant vice president for institutional diversity at Central Michigan University. Williams earned a bachelor's from Albany State University in Georgia, a master's from Indiana State University and a doctorate from Ohio State University.
