AKUA JOHNSON BROWN has been appointed assistant vice chancellor for budget and planning in the division of business and finance at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Most recently, Brown served as interim university budget director. She earned a bachelor's degree in economics and logistics management from N.C. A&T.
