> DR. CYNTHIA JACKSON HAMMOND has joined the College of Education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte as assistant dean. Previously, she served as dead of the College of Education and Human Performance at Delaware State University. Jackson Hammond earned her bachelor's and doctorate in education from Grambling State University and a master's in education from the University of Louisiana in Monroe.
