DR. LOIS C. RICHARDSON has been appointed dean of the School of Arts and Sciences at Thomas Edison State College in New Jersey. Previously she was assistant vice president for academic affairs at Kean University. Richardson earned a bachelor's from Fisk University, a master's from Teachers College, Columbia University and a doctorate from Seton Hall University in New Jersey.
