DR. BIJOY K. SAHOO has been appointed assistant vice chancellor for strategic planning and continuous improvement in the division of academic affairs at North Carolina Central University. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from Utkal University and Ravenshaw College in India and an MBA and a doctorate from the University of South Carolina.
