PETER C. ALEXANDER is the new dean of the school of law at Southern Illinois University. Previously, Alexander was a professor of law at Pennsylvania State University's Dickinson School of Law. He earned a bachelor's in political science from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and a law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston.
