DR. NORMAN ST. AMANT JR. has been named chancellor of the newly created Division for Enrollment Management at Southern University. This move reorganizes the Junior Division into a new unit known as University College. Amant holds a bachelor's and a master's degree from Southern University and a doctorate from Union Institute and University.
