WENONA Y. WHITFIELD has been named the new associate dean for academic affairs at Southern Illinois University School of Law. She is also an associate professor at the law school. Whitfield received a bachelor's in sociology from Illinois Wesleyan University and a law degree from SIU's School of Law.
