DR. JOSEPH F. JORDAN has been named director of the Sonja Haynes Stone Black Cultural Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jordan earned a bachelor's from Norfolk State University; a master's from Ohio State University; and a doctorate from Howard University.
