DR. PERCY MURRAY is the new dean of graduate studies at North Carolina Central University. Since 2003, he has served as interim dean of the School of Graduate Studies. Murray has been a professor of history at NCCU since 1979, spending 14 of those years as department chair. Murray earned a bachelor's and master's from NCCU and a doctorate from Miami University of Ohio.
