GEORGE H. BUCHANAN is the new university counsel for Lincoln University in Pennsylvania. He formerly was the university counsel at the State University of New York. Buchanan earned a bachelor's in European history from Purdue University, a master's in government administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from Indiana University.
