DR. ALICIA J. JACKSON was appointed dean of the College of Business and Information Science at Tuskegee University in Alabama. She had been serving as interim dean. Jackson received a bachelor's from Knox College, an MBA from the University of Michigan and a doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin.
