REGGIE SMITH III has been named to the board of directors of the U.S. Distance Learning Association. He is manager of Advanced Distributed Learning and Training at Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. in Alexandria, Va. Smith received a bachelor's from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania and a master's from the University of Maryland University College.
