DR. GARY LACY has been named associate dean of the Springfield College School of Human Services in Massachusetts. Previously he was deputy executive director of the National PTA. Lacy earned a bachelor's from Shaw University in North Carolina, a master's from Bowie State University and a doctorate from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
