DR. MICHAEL A. TURNER has been appointed division chair of the Division of Education, Humanities and Fine Arts at Barber-Scotia College (N.C.) He earned a bachelor's from Johnson C. Smith University, a master's from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte, an educational specialist degree from Winthrop University and a doctorate also from UNC-Charlotte.
