CARMEN COUSTAUT has been named associate vice chancellor for institutional diversity at the University of Arkansas. Previously, she was an associate professor in the departments of theatre and radio-television-film at the University of Maryland at College Park. She received her bachelor's from UCLA, a master's from Harvard University and a MFA from the University of Southern California.
