RICK BEASLEY has been named assistant to the president for equity and diversity issues at Southeast Missouri State University. Previously, he served as director of the Missouri Division of Workforce Development. Beasley earned a bachelor's from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Mo., and a master's from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
