DR. DWIGHT J. FENNELL has been named president of Paul Quinn College in Dallas. Fennell served as interim president for the past year. Fennell earned a bachelor's from Saint Augustine's College, master's degrees from Atlanta University and Florida International University and a doctorate from Florida State University.
