MARY ELLA GRAHAM has been named dean of the School of Nursing at Tennessee State University. Previously she was dean and professor at the College of Nursing of the State University of New York's Downstate Medical Center. Graham earned a bachelor's from Long Island University, and master's and doctoral degrees from Columbia University's Teacher's College.
