DR. M. CHRISTOPHER BROWN II has been named executive director and chief research scientist of the Frederick D. Patterson Research Institute of the United Negro College Fund. Brown earned a bachelor's from South Carolina State University, a master's from the University of Kentucky and a doctorate in higher education from Penn State University.
