DR. BELINDA C. ANDERSON has been named president of Virginia Union University. Anderson, who had been serving as interim president since last year, joined Virginia Union in 2000 as vice president for academic affairs. She earned a bachelor's and master's from Radford University and a doctorate in higher education administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
