FRANK H. WU has been named dean of Wayne State University Law School in Detroit effective July 15. Wu has been on the faculty of the Howard University School of Law for nine years. He also directed the Clinical Law Center at Howard for two years. Wu received a bachelor's degree in writing from Johns Hopkins University and a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
