-Northern Rock Standardises Applications With Oracle8

TELECOMWORLDWIRE--(C) 1994-8 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD Northern Rock plc, a UK mortgage lender, has chosen Oracle Corp's Oracle8 relational database management system to standardise its customer information and management applications.

The new system will run on the Windows NT platform and consists of the Oracle8 product and of Oracle's Applications Server and Enterprise Manager performance package licences for two thousand users.

The contract includes support service.
