A new survey from Ontrack, a disaster recovery company, claims that more men prefer to try and fix a PC problem themselves. Women, however, are said to seek advice and technical expertise. Women were found in a survey of 600 computer users to be twice as likely to seek assistance and 71% of them would have called for help when a problem. Men would only seek help, claimed the survey, in 45% of times.
