TELECOMWORLDWIRE-(C) 1994-9 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD Marshall Aerospace, a UK company that repairs, maintains and modifies airplanes, is replacing its legacy accounts system with PeopleSoft's financial modules. The first phase of the programme, which has been acquired to guarantee Y2000 and euro compliance, consists of 11 modules and will be ready in April 1999, while other modules will be installed in the following 18 months.

Marshall Aerospace will retain its existing bespoke in-house system for aircraft maintenance and modification. Contract value is not known.
