Accc Issues Report On Telecomms Financial Reporting Rules

TELECOMWORLDWIRE-(C) 1994-9 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has issued for comment a report which details financial reporting rules for the telecomms industry that will allow the Commission to investigate anti-competitive behaviour and determine access prices.

The commission has also issued a draft decision to 'declare' analogue pay TV carriage services supplied over cable.
