NEXOR and Argus Systems Group are jointly developing a new high-security Internet-based e-mail software product for commercial customers.

Built around NEXOR's Interceptor secure e-mail software and Argus' PitBull Foundation operating system for network servers, the product is designed to secure electronic communications against viruses, junk e-mail and hacking while enabling the automated routing of e-mail based upon content.

The new system will be launched in May 2000. Pricing was not disclosed.
