Network Telephone Corp, a US provider of facilities-based broadband telecomms services, has completed the first step in implementing a USD10m automated flow-through operations support system.
The new system, which is based on MetaSolv Software Inc's Telecom Business Solution software, automates Network Telephone's order management and service fulfillment processes for voice, data and Internet services.
