French IT group Bull Information Systems has agreed to sell its Italian-based printer subsidiary, Compuprint Spa, to Groupe Finmek.
The divestment is part of Bull's plan to refocus on strategic businesses. Bull will continue to distribute Compuprint's products in its own markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
