Saab Automobile AB has completed the first phase of the worldwide implementation of Jacada Ltd`s Jacada for Java e-business solution, with the deployment of the system for retailers in Denmark.
Saab will use the Jacada solution in conjunction with Lotus Domino to provide retailers with graphical access to vehicle and parts orders, warranty claims and other online information.
