Artemis Management Systems and Aonix have formed a strategic alignment to meet the growing demand for project-driven application lifecycle management systems.
Both companies are affiliates of the Gores Technology Group, and both develop software systems for the application development marketplace. With the alignment they hope to leverage the combined development, operational, and market strengths of the two companies.
