The Swedish development company Industriforvaltnings AB Kinnevik and Societe Europeenne de Communication SA (SEC) are to merge all of their callcentre operations in Transcom AB and Transcom Europe SA.
The combined company will be one of Europe's largest callcentre operations with operations in 11 countries and a total of 4,300 employees. The operations handle over three million customers monthly.
