Chaparral Network Storage Inc and Xyratex have signed an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) agreement under which Xyratex will incorporate Chaparral's external RAID controllers into its Salient line of data storage systems.
The contract also includes cooperative development, value-added manufacturing services and integration of future products.
