Nokia and SAS Institute have signed an agreement to reduce the development time of WAP-enabled business intelligence applications running on the Nokia WAP Server.
Under the agreement, a 30-day trial of the Nokia WAP-Server will be given to customers who have licensed SAS' AppDev Studio application development suite, a suite of tools that uses SAS software for the development of business applications.

Version 2 of AppDev Studio will be available in December and will include the Nokia software development kit, which enables developers to immediately test their applications on the Nokia WAP Server. Nokia will also provide SAS with support and consultation services related to the Nokia WAP Server.
