The agreement between BT and Ask Jeeves is designed to help improve the customers' experience of BT's recently redesigned web site. To achieve this, BT will deploy Jeeves Relevant Answers and Jeeves Insight. Jeeves Relevant Answers, a humanised language functionality, allows customers to ask questions about BT and its services in 'plain' English and to receive relevant answers. Jeeves Insight is an analysis tool to gather valuable information and intelligence on customers by examining the questions asked by users and where they go on the web site. This will help BT in its constant improvement and development of its web site and the services it offers.
