California-based Marimba Inc has received an order for its desktop/mobile management products from the US-based consulting firm Deloitte Consulting.
Deloitte Consulting, which is part of the professional services provider Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, will use Marimba's technology to distribute and manage software on 15,000 laptops worldwide. In addition the company will rely on Marimba's systems to streamline software distribution in conjunction with its Windows 2000 rollout.
