Eastman Chemical Company, a US manufacturer of plastics, chemicals and fibres, has selected technology from California-based Resonate Inc to support its e-business transactions.
Eastman provides its customers with an option to do business over the Internet, enabling the customers to place and check the status of their orders online at any time. The chemical company will now use Resonate's Commander Solutions software to monitor and manage the various elements of its e-business infrastructure, to ensure the service levels of each transaction.
