The Israeli online payment technology developer Trivnet and the IT and management consultancy Tata Consultancy Services have signed a partnership agreement.
Under the agreement the two companies will combine their technologies and expertise to provide joint payment systems for m-commerce and e-commerce. The systems will be designed to enable service providers to offer their subscribers a secure way to shop online, with purchases being charged to the subscribers' mobile phone, regular phone/ISP bills or to credit cards.

Trivnet and Tata will also work together to market the systems to wireless carriers, ISPs and other IP service providers.
